How do I get a replacement card if I lost it or never received it?
If you never signed in to choose a refund preference: Contact the business/bursar office on your campus. They can order a new card for you through Higher One. There will be a $5.00 replacement fee charged to your Ivy Tech student account which you will need to pay. You should receive the replacement card in about one week.
If you did sign up for a refund preference and then lost your card: Call Higher One Customer Care at 1-866-629-5570 to order a new card. There will be a $20.00 replacement fee which Higher One will collect. You should receive the card in about one week.
What if the card is defective? If you opened a OneAccount with Higher One and your Ivy Tech Debit Card becomes defective, call Higher One Customer Care at 1-866-629-5570 or contact your campus business/bursar office for assistance in getting a new card.
