Hunger Games Leadership Training Series
Leadership can be fun and games, but sometimes it feels more like the Hunger Games! This three-part leadership series will allow students the opportunity to explore leadership under pressure, managing self-awareness as a leader, and the art of being a creative leader. Sessions will be held from 12pm-1pm in C132 (across from Bloomingfoods) on the following dates: October 27, November 10, and December 8.
Native American Heritage: Do You Know the Facts
Learn about Native American Heritage at the Campus Activities Board display outside of the Student Development hallway. CAB members have explored Native American stereotypes and their validity in Native American heritage.
Ivy Tech at the Indianapolis Zoo
Join Student Life and the Alumni Association on a trip to the Indianapolis Zoo! Enjoy the animals, holiday lights, and great company. For more information, contact Amanda Fronek at firstname.lastname@example.org. This event is open to Ivy Tech Bloomington students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Zumba Fitness Classes
Zumba is a Latin dance inspired workout that is guaranteed to get you moving and shaking! Taught by Ivy Tech’s very own Kristy LeVert (certified Zumba instructor), our classes are free to Ivy Tech students, faculty, and staff. This semester’s sessions are held on Wednesdays from 6:15pm-7:15pm in Lamkin Hall with the exception of 11/12 and 11/26.
