Parking Rules and Regulations:
Students can obtain a free parking pass at the Main Lobby Reception Desk at the Connie and Steve Ferguson Academic Building.
Below you will find the parking rules and regulations for Ivy Tech Bloomington. Students should never park along curbs or impede traffic. Parking in Handicapped spaces should only be done if you have a Handicapped parking permit.
Connie and Steve Ferguson Academic Building:
You may park in any space not designated as a reserved space. Students may not park in visitor parking. Motorcycle parking is located on the east and west side of the building.
Indiana Center for Life Sciences:
At our Indiana for Center for Life Sciences building you may park in any space not designated as a reserved space.
Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center:
Parking for the Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center is available downtown, but there are no designated spaces for Ivy Tech students. NOTE: The first three hours of parking (in spaces not metered) are free in the 4th Street Garage, directly across from the Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center. Free parking at the 4th Street Garage is available after 6pm daily. For more information, visit: http://bloomington.in.gov/parksmart.
At our Liberty Drive location you may park in any spot designated with the Ivy Tech logo. If there are no spots available with the Ivy Tech logo, students must park across the street at our Liberty Crossing Location. Parking in a spot not labeled with the Ivy Tech logo will result in a ticket and/or your car being towed.
At our Liberty Crossing location you may park anywhere in the parking lot directly in front of or beside the building.
All ticket protests must be done within 14 days of receiving the ticket.

Rural Transit: Rural Transit Bus Schedule
Rural Transit provides bus service between downtown Bloomington, the Ivy Tech Connie and Steve Ferguson Academic Building, Indiana Center for the Life Sciences (ICLS), Liberty Drive and Liberty Crossing.
Bus passes are required and may be obtained from the Connie and Steve Ferguson Academic Building, Liberty Crossing, Indiana Center for the Life Sciences (ICLS) reception desks or in room L141 at Liberty Drive.

Parking permits are required and can be obtained at the registrar's office.
PARKING REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND FEES
Lost permits are assessed a fee of $2.00. If a lost permit is found after it has been reported, return it to the Department of Public Safety immediately. Use of a lost/stolen permit is grounds for vehicle towing or administrative action.

Parking Permits - Downtown Muncie Campus Fisher and Patterson Building
Current parking tags are good for the year of 2014. Parking tags can be picked up in the front lobby of the Muncie Fisher Building 345 S. High Street. Please bring your C# and your license plate number.
Parking at all locations of our region is free to all students, employees and visitors. No registration of vehicles is necessary. However, please observe posted signs for permit, handicapped, and employee parking. During the summer months, designated parking for motorcycles may be available on the Lafayette campus.

Students, faculty and staff members can obtain a parking pass at the Business Office. Passes are $3 and are valid for one academic year (August 1 - July 31).
Please be advised that a parking tag is required if you park on Ivy Tech-North Central campuses and auxiliary sites. If you have questions about parking, please direct them to:

Students must obtain a parking permit (free of charge) from the Information/Security Desk at Harshman Hall in order to park their vehicle(s). All vehicles that will be used must have a permit in order to park on campus. Handicapped parking permits must be obtained at the local license branch. Parking in an unmarked space will result in a traffic ticket issued by the College.

Parking permits are required and mailed to the student upon registration. Parking permits can be obtained at the Student Affairs office in the event that the student does not receive the parking permit in the mail.

At the end of the entry roadway, turn left and it will be immediately on the left.
• At the end of the entry roadway, turn right.
• Proceed approximately 200 feet and turn into first parking lot entry. Handicap spaces are on the first row to the left.
• Parking at the Southern Indiana campus is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may park in any available spaces provided you have proper vehicle registration for handicap parking spaces and have the appropriate hang tag to accompany the vehicle registration. You are required to have a current parking tag in your vehicle.
• In order to obtain a parking permit, students must complete a parking application. Applications may be obtained at the Information Services Desk located in Pfau Hall.
Parking permits are required to park on the Ivy Tech Community College - Wabash Valley campuses. To obtain a FREE parking permit, please visit the Records and Registration office at either the Terre Haute main campus or Greencastle.
Inclement Weather Parking Plan (Terre Haute main campus)
As part of the inclement weather plan, a "Snow Route" will be implemented during times of adverse weather conditions along the circular drive at the Terre Haute main campus. The "Snow Route" will remain in effect until all hazards associated with the weather event have been eliminated and the route has been deemed safe for vehicle and foot traffic. Vehicles will be towed if parked along the drive and in areas that may impede the snow/ice removal process. Mass notification of a declared "Snow or Ice" event will be posted through Campus Connect and Text Messaging to identify when the Snow Route will be in effect. Signs that a snow/ice emergency exists will also be posted at the entrance of the campus on 8000 South Education Drive.
