Ivy Tech  to offer GPHR Certification has been selected as Indiana’s only college to offer the Society for Human Resource Management Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR™) certification. Ivy Tech part of historic trip to China Ivy Tech Community College Northwest's executive director of Workforce and Economic development, Bill Thon, is participating in a historic event with the city of Gary by taking an exploratory trip to China from May 10 to 18. Thon and other Gary educational leaders will accompany Mayor Rudy Clay and meet with Chinese education officials to develop international programs for students and faculty.  Read trip blog.
