Appraisal - USPAP

Real Estate Appraisers determine the value of real property by employing a series of set methods. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America. USPAP contains standards for all types of appraisal services. Standards are included for real estate, personal property, business and mass appraisal.

The course explains in detail the standards of USPAP set by the Appraisal Foundation. It is the required course for understanding how the appraisal business is to be conducted.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to
