Training description and materials
This is an instructor led course with handouts and referrals to the Business Feasibility CD.  It builds on The 1st Step to Entrepreneurship seminar, but it is not necessarily a pre-requisite.

Hours and Cost
Your Defining Your Customer – Customer Relationships course is a 2-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to 15 participants.  0.2 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.  Pricing includes training administration, instruction, handouts, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
