This class meets the Department of Insurance pre-licensing classroom requirements for Life, Accident, and Health insurance. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Ivy Tech and the Department of Insurance, which allows a student to sit for the state licensing exam.

• Explain, use, and give examples of common Life and Health insurance terms
• Identify the methods used to handle various types of risk
