TRAINING DESCRIPTION

The basic principle of the Computer Readiness workshop is to introduce the computer beginner to the principal components of the computer and their functions. Provide practice exercises in opening, closing, and following on-screen directions in various software programs. Assure that each participant will be familiar enough with these basic operations to progress to the next level of computer instruction. The Computer Readiness workshop is an introductory course and assumes limited knowledge of working hardware and software.

For a more advanced employee environment, the Computer Readiness workshop can be adapted to include additional learning objectives.

HOURS AND COST

Your Computer Readiness workshop includes 8 contact hours for up to 10 employees. 0.8 IACET Approved CEUs will be awarded with successful completion of the 8 hour workshop. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, participant text, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
