Introduction to Project Management
This hands-on, results-oriented program will assist managers and professionals in completing projects on schedule, within budget, and with the desired results. The program will focus on the skills and tools needed to clarify project goals, specify the needed resources, design the project schedule and assign responsibility for completing tasks. Methods in monitoring, modifying and evaluating projects will be demonstrated. Valuable planning, delegating, and leadership tips will be offered to ensure not only the success of the project but the confidence and achievement of work and project teams.

This instructor-led course focuses on the skills and tools needed to clarify project goals, specify the needed resources, design the project schedule and assign responsibility for completing tasks.  Using the included text, instruction includes workplace examples in successful project management.

Hours and Cost

Your Introduction to Project Management is a 16 hour program scheduled at your convenience for up to 15 participants.  1.6 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course   Pricing includes training administration, instruction, participant manual, and an evaluation at the conclusion of the training.
