ServSafe Food

Due to raised standards and growing regulations in the food service industry, workers in this area are in need of proper training more than ever.  The ServSafe® program is the restaurant and foodservice industry's leading food safety training solution.  The ServSafe program is more than a certification.  It is a mindset that incorporates a higher standard of training.  This course is designed to assist employees in the Food Service Industry with the knowledge needed to successfully pass the ServSafe Certification exam.

Course Objectives

Training Description and Materials
The most current edition of ServSafe Essentials published by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation will be used to supplement instruction by a certified ServSafe instructor.

Hours and Cost
Your ServSafe Food Safety certification class is a 14-hour training activity scheduled at your convenience for up to 10 participants.  Pricing includes training administration, instruction, text, and fee for certification examination.
