This course covers the tasks and procedures used to perform power-up and power-down of the controller, the selection and execution of an application program, jogging the robot, creation and modification of simple teach pendant programs, knowledge of positional data, recovery from pauses, hold conditions and errors.  It will address the set-up and operation of the HandlingTool programming applications software package, as well as cover the tasks required to set-up the robot system for application, test run and refine the application program and set-up for production operation.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS

This instructor led course, with textbook, will include lectures, demonstrations, hands-on performance and discussion of new materials.  Students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of this course.

HOURS

Your FANUC Robotics course is a 40-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 8 participants.  4.0 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.  Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbook & course materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
