These courses are offered as a cooperative between your local ASQ (American Society for Quality) Section Committee and Ivy Tech Community College. Each course reviews the applicable Body of Knowledge for each of the 14 certification exams and utilizes primer materials designed to provide a thorough overview of subject matter necessary for passing the exam. Participants will learn exam preparation tips from experienced professionals as well as how to analyze and properly respond to examination questions through sample questioning exercises.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS

These interactive courses utilize the applicable Quality Council of Indiana primer materials and can be obtained via the web at www.qualitycouncil.com or by phone at (812-533-4215). Each course provides 2.4 CEUs or Continuing Education Units.

HOURS

Your ASQ Certification Refresher course is a 24-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 10 participants.  Pricing includes training administration, classroom instruction, QCI Primer textbook, prepared handouts and training consumables. Pricing does not include the ASQ exam fees. Participants are also responsible for meeting the application requirements and deadlines for taking the certification exams.
