Total Productive Maintenance

TPC Combines the practice of Preventative Maintenance with TQC and TEI practices. This course will define and create a plan to address the six steps of TPM to give major equipment improvement. The result will be a very focused system for equipment maintenance that optimizes effectiveness, eliminates breakdowns, and promotes autonomous operator maintenance. TPM can be done anytime, however it takes long-term support to be most effective. You will have the choice of one of three TPM Shopfloor Series workbooks.

Training description and materials

This instructor led course with reference text, focuses in part on the study and application of Total Productive Maintenance and in particular its application to a Lean enterprise.  The reference text is from Productivity Press Lean Shop Floor series workbooks.

Hours and cost:

Your Total Productive Maintenance course is a 6-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 20 participants.  0.6 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.   Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbook & course materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
