Value Stream Analysis and Process Mapping are methods used to depict any process in a graphic format. The graphics visually display how tasks or steps are performed, the time spent on each, and the value of each task to the overall process. Evaluation of processes by VSA and mapping eliminated duplication, maximizes added value, reduces cycle time, and simplifies processes. This is the gateway tool to start and prioritize CI and Lean implementation planning.
