Fall Protection
In 2004, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported that 1,224 construction workers died on the job with 36 percent of those fatalities resulting from falls. Events surrounding these types of accidents often involve a number of factors, including unstable working surfaces, misuse of fall protection equipment, and human error. This class aids in recognizing and evaluating hazards and possible solutions in the workplace.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS

The Fall Protection training class will be taught in a lecture and discussion format utilizing various forms of visual aids and video/written media.

HOURS AND COST

Your Fall Protection training course includes 2 contact hours of instruction for up to 8 employees. 0.2 IACET Approved CEUs will be awarded with the successful completion of the 2 hour class. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, handouts, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
