TRAINING DESCRIPTION

This course meets the set standards of the National Fire Protection Association 1001 for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications.

Participants may be fire professionals in government or business and industry. Course material covers fire safety, fire fighter procedures, fire fighting equipment and related topics. No previous experience is required, but material may also be applicable to increase the safety and effectiveness for the current professional. Participants must provide own fire protection approved gear and self contained breathing apparatus.

HOURS AND COST

Your NFPA Firefighter I course is a 64 hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 12 participants. 6.4 IACET Approved CEUs will be awarded with the successful completion of the course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbooks, class handouts and materials, certificate of completion, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
