It has been said that time is the “great equalizer”. In the workplace, there are a number of time wasters that can control our workday. Recognizing and eliminating some of these time wasters will provide increased planning and productivity. This program will provide basic guidelines to enhance project management, identify time wasters, prioritize our goals and learn the important tool of delegation.

How to Manage Your Priorities is a half day workshop combining lecture, instructor led role playing assignments and visual presentation.
Hours and cost:
Your How to Manage Your Priorities course is a 4-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 20 participants. 0.4 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, course materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
