    For returning students who have previously used their GI Bill benefits at Ivy Tech, please email bloomington-gibill@ivytech.edu as soon as you are registered in classes. We will review your enrollment and send the link to the Veteran Request for Certification Form to you. This form is required to be completed every semester you are enrolled and want to use your GI Bill benefits.
