Introduction to Computers
Explore the world of computers in a safe, fun, and non-threatening environment, even if you don't know what a computer looks like. We'll cover computer anxiety, important terms, parts of the computer, keyboard, using the mouse, and moving around the computer to complete different tasks. Textbook is included in course fee.

Microsoft Word: Level 1
Prerequisite: Working knowledge of Windows, including saving and moving files.
This course is a must for computer beginners looking to update skills for the modern workplace. Create, edit, and print documents such as letters or reports using the newest version of this popular word processing program. Participants will learn important terms, editing functions, formatting, special text options, and mail merge. The course also covers spell checking, underlining, bolding, centering text, copying and pasting text, and printing documents. Textbook is included in course fee.

ServSafe® Food Safety Certification Prep
ServSafe gives managers the tools to share food safety knowledge and emphasize its critical importance to employees at every level. Major concepts include: sanitation, cross-contamination prevention, temperature control, food storage, cleaning, and pest management. Cost includes textbook and exam voucher.

Microsoft Excel: Level 1
Prerequisite: Working knowledge of Windows, including saving and moving files.
Microsoft Excel is the standard spreadsheet program for today’s working world. You will begin by reviewing the Office interface. By the end of this class, you’ll possess the skills to enter and edit data, select cells and ranges, print worksheets, create formulas and functions, and format cell contents. Textbook is included in course fee.
