Meet with Career Services staff and let us assist you in developing and implementing, early in your college experience, a meaningful career plan that supports your life goals. Visit Kuder and complete an online career assessment to discover your career interest; find a major and research college options; develop your educational plan; find out how to pay for college; explore, compare and search for occupations; and more.

JobZone

JobZone is only available for current Ivy Tech students and Ivy Tech graduates. Looking for a career? Not sure how to get started? Need help writing a resume and cover letter? Let Career Services assist you in developing and implementing an effective job search strategy.

Establishing contacts and maintaining relationships with employers is a valuable service to students in their search for employment. Career Services strives to assist students in their career search and assist employers in their employment needs. Stop by Career Services and pick up the free Career Handbook.

JobZone is the Ivy Tech statewide, online resume referral system. Current students and alumni can create an account, post their resume online and search for careers. Employers post their career opportunities; students and alumni can view and apply directly to the employers. Registering on JobZone will allow Career Services to notify you of Annual Career Fairs and other Career Service events throughout the year.

InterviewStream

Are you nervous about interviewing? Not sure about your interviewing skills?

InterviewStream is a web based program that allows students and alumni to conduct and save a self-directed practice interview. Interviews can be conducted from any web accessible computer with a webcam. Interviews can be emailed to others to be critiqued. Don’t have a webcam? Contact Career Services to schedule an appointment to use their computer and webcam.
