Reaching out to all students
As assistant director of diversity affairs and international student advisor, Diana Jackson manages the admission advising and recruitment of traditional and non-traditional students with an emphasis on minority and international populations.
Serving the city, and now, the college
John Grannan was with the Fort Wayne Police Department for more than 27 years before retiring to chair the Criminal Justice program at Ivy Tech. The Criminal Justice program is housed at the Public Safety Academy of Northeast Indiana.
Healthy garden of knowledge
Nina Thierer is an associate professor in the Medical Assisting program and has been with Ivy Tech since 1989. In her free time, she is a certified advanced master gardener through the Purdue Extension office.
On and off the court
He's Interim Chancellor at Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast with a doctorate in educational administration, but Russell Baker is also a 24-year basketball official for the Indiana High School Athletic Association.
