The Associate of Fine Arts is a transfer program that provides you with an opportunity to complete the first two years of study leading to a bachelor's degree in visual arts at colleges, universities and art schools. Students enrolled in the program take the foundation level courses that are comparable to most undergraduate fine art programs. Some students may choose to pursue a master's degree after receiving their baccalaureate degree to further enhance their skills and talents. Check out the Ivy Tech Guided Pathway to Success (Ivy Tech GPS) icons to map out your pathway for success. |

WHY CHOOSE THE FINE ARTS
PROGRAM?
Classes are taught by practicing professional artists with years of experience in their fields. Faculty help students discover their own artistic voice and strengths, building confidence and both a visual and verbal vocabulary. Because class sizes are small, there is a strong sense of rapport, community and support within the program. |
