HAZWOPER 8 HOUR REFRESHER

HAZWOPER 40 HOUR TRAINING COURSE
(Course ID: SAFE HAZ4)
This course is specifically designed for workers who are involved in clean-up operations, voluntary clean-up operations, emergency response operations, and storage, disposal, or treatment of hazardous substances or uncontrolled hazardous waste sites. Topics include protection against hazardous chemicals, elimination of hazardous chemicals, safety of workers and the environment, OSHA regulations. This course covers topics included in 29 CFR 1910.120 (e). The online course meets the standard requirement of 40 hrs of intial training. The three days field experience under a trained, experienced supervisor is the responsibility of the students employer or potential employer.

HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT REVIEW

The Department of Transportation makes training mandatory for almost anyone who handles hazardous materials, regardless of the amount.  Training is required for anyone who selects or fills packages, containing hazardous materials, labels containers, completes or signs shipping papers, loads or unloads vehicles, or operates vehicles used to transport hazardous materials.

HAZWOPER 24 HOUR TRAINING
(Course ID: SAFE HAZ6)
This course covers broad issues pertaining to the hazard recognition at work sites. OSHA has developed the HAZWOPER program to protect the workers working at hazardous sites and devised extensive regulations to ensure their safety and health. This course, while identifying different types of hazards, also suggests possible precautions and protective measures to reduce or eliminate hazards at the work place. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the 24 hour HAZWOPER training course.
