- All new students must complete the steps outlined under
How to Apply for Admission
at least two days prior to your meeting with an advisor to
register for classes.
- Make an appointment with your program advisor and
complete a Course Reservation Form.
- Return the signed reservation form to the Registrar's
Office.
- Pay all fees by the posted deadline.
If you are taking COURSES ONLY...
- All new students must complete the steps outlined under
How to Apply for Admission
at least two days prior to your meeting with an advisor to
register for classes.
- Non-degree seeking students may schedule an appointment
with an admission advisor at the Admissions Office on the
first floor of Ivy Hall at 3101 S. Creasy Lane in Lafayette
by calling [765] 269-5200 or [800] 669-4882, ext. 5200, the
Montgomery County Instructional Center in Crawfordsville by
calling [765] 359-0570, or the White County Instructional
Center in Monticello by calling [574] 583-4891.
- Non-degree seeking students registration should be
completed and the reservation form turned into the
Registrar's Office before the fee payment deadline.
Health Division
Program Applications
February 1 is the application deadline for Health Division
programs that begin the following fall semester. To be
considered for admission, the student must complete the
following by the deadline:
- All College admissions
steps.
- All basic skills courses recommended from testing.
- Individual programs may have additional application
deadlines.
Applications may be accepted after the deadline until classes
are filled.
