TEAS

To Take the TEAS Test:

1. Attend the in-person nursing orientation or the online nursing orientation. Contact 260-480-4271 for information.
2. Pre register online (create a profile and username and password)
3. Pay $45 to the Business office and bring the paid receipt or come to the test with a credit or debit card to pay.
4. On test date, bring the following to Harshman Hall, Room HM0126: Paid receipt and a Valid Picture ID, username and password created on ATI Web site, Ivy Tech Student ID Number (C Number; if you are not an Ivy Tech student, use your Social Security Number.)
5. Test is version 5 and is 3.5 hours in length.
6. Results are available immediately after test
7. No purses, books, cell phone, beepers, calculators, or dictionaries

NOTE: Testing can be taken on the days listed below. Open testing means you can come any time that is convenient for you in between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. (2 p.m. is the last time a test can start). No appointments are needed on open testing days. Please call near a holiday, as hours may change. We suggest you do not wait until the deadline to test, as we cannot guarantee you a seat at that time. Testing is first-come, first-served and as computers are available. This is a 3 1/2 hour test.

The last test start time is 2 p.m. during open testing. "Appointment only" means you must call 260-480-2012 or 260-480-2043 and schedule a test time with at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be made for any Saturday the college is open.
