INSPIRE Academy aims to provide inspirational and creative opportunities targeting various members of the community including Ivy Tech faculty, staff and students, members of K-12 educational institutes and community members.

INSPIRE Academy will be a venture that utilizes funds from Ivy Tech–Northeast’s Disney Institute fundraiser programs, along with support of campus initiatives and organizations.

Cost: $250 per person
Price includes roundtrip transportation via Ivy Tech vehicles, guide service on the trail, lunch & dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday. Travelers will need to bring money for all other meals, and they will need to bring their own backpack, tent, sleeping bag and sleeping pad. Equipment can be borrowed or rented.

About the
Appalachian Trail
The Appalachian Trail is one of the longest continuously marked footpath in the world, measuring roughly 2,180 miles in length. The Trail goes through fourteen states along the crests and valleys of the Appalachian mountain range from the southern terminus at Springer Mountain, Georgia, to the Trail’s northern terminus at Katahdin, Maine.
