Bloomington
Some courses do have waitlists available. You can place yourself on the waitlist using the Add or Drop Classes option on the My Ivy Tech link in Campus Connect. The students on the waitlist are evaluated in position order. The first student on the list will be placed into the class if a space becomes available. If you are selected for the available open seat, you will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to register for the course after the email notification has been sent.

Central Indiana (Indianapolis)
The Central Indiana region does not offer waitlist options at this time. Please speak to your Academic Advisors for further informaiton.
Columbus/Franklin
Some courses do have waitlists available. You can place yourself on the waitlist using the add or drop classes option on the My Ivy Tech link in Campus Connect.
The students on the waitlist are evaluated in position order. If a seat becomes available, you will receive an email notification of the open seat. You will then have 24 hours to register for the class. After 24 hours, if you have not registered, you will automatically be dropped from the list and the next student on the list will be notified.

East Central (Anderson, Marion, Muncie, New Castle)
Only PTAS 101 offers the waitlist option. To add yourself to the waitlist, simply attempt to register for the course and a registration error message will appear. This error will contain an action tab with a drop down menu and a Waitlist option. You must chose this option and click submit for the system to place you on the waitlist.
If a seat becomes available, you will receive an email notification of the open seat. You will then have 24 hours to register for the class or the waitlist function will remove you from the waitlist and move on to the next student on the list.

Kokomo (Kokomo, Logansport, Wabash)
The Kokomo region does not offer waitlist options at this time. Please speak to your Academic Advisors for further informaiton.
Lafayette (Crawfordsville, Lafayette)
Some courses do have waitlists available. You can place yourself on the waitlist using the Add or Drop Classes option on the My Ivy Tech link in
Campus Connect.
The students on the waitlist are evaluated in position order. The first student on the list will be placed into the class if a space becomes available. If you are selected for the available open seat, you will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to register for the course after the email notification has been sent.

North Central (Elkhart, South Bend, Warsaw)
Some courses do have waitlists available. You can place yourself on the waitlist using the Add or Drop Classes option on the My Ivy Tech link in Campus Connect.

Northeast (Fort Wayne)
The Northeast (Fort Wayne) Region does not offer waitlisting for their courses.
Northwest (East Chicago, Gary, Michigan City, Valparaiso)
The Northwest Region does offer waitlists when classes are full. If a closed course has a waitlist, you will be presented with an opportunity to place yourself on the waitlist online, if you wish. If a seat later becomes available in the class, the waitlist system will attempt to place a student in the open seat. The students on the waitlist are evaluated in position order. The first student whose waitlist request meets the eligibility requirements will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to register for the course after the email notification has been sent. Please remember to check your email for open seat notifications.
Richmond (Connersville, Richmond)
The Richmond region currently does not offer waitlisting.
Southeast Indiana (Lawrenceburg, Madison)
Southeast Region campuses do offer waitlists when classes are full. If a closed course has a waitlist, you will be notified by email about an opportunity to register for the class. You will have 24 hours from the time you receive the email to register for the class. Student is advised to check their email daily.
Southern Indiana (Sellersburg)
Some courses do have waitlists available. You can place yourself on the waitlist using the add or drop classes option on the My Ivy Tech link in Campus Connect.
The first student on the list will be placed into the class if a space becomes available. if you are selected for the available open seat, you will be notified by e-mail and will have 24 hours to register for the course. after 24 hours, if you have not registered, you will be dropped from the list.
Southwest (Evansville, Princeton, Tell City)
Some classes offer the waitlist option. To add yourself to the waitlist, simply attempt to register for the course and a registration error message will appear. This error will contain an action tab with a drop down menu and a Waitlist option. You must chose this option and click submit for the system to place you on the waitlist.
