The Ivy Tech Help Desk provides a contact for students, faculty and staff who have questions or problems regarding technology support issues.

Before you contact us, please have the following information ready:

• Legal first and last name
• User ID/system ID/C number
• Ivy Tech e-mail address (if known) and an alternate e-mail address
• Area code and phone number
• Location (home campus)
• Any error messages received, detailed description of your issue
