The Crime Awareness and Campus Securities Act of 1990 (also known as the Jeanne Clery Act) requires colleges and universities to disclose an annual report highlighting crime statistics for the previous three years, safety awareness programming, student conduct information, and other information on campus crime and incidents.? Ivy Tech's security service works to provide security and safety of the Wabash Valley campuses.? They and the College maintain a cooperative working relationship with the Terre Haute Police and Fire Departments and will request assistance from these agencies as needed.

The College has contracted with the Terre Haute Police officers to maintain a presence on the Wabash Valley campuses throughout the day.? The officers, like all College officials, are here to assist students, employees, and visitors whenever they can.
