Purpose

Corporate College works to design, develop and deliver just-in-time training to meet your needs - any hour of the day, any day of the week. Ivy Tech's Corporate College Office can consult with you to assist with a variety of services to address your training needs. Some of these services include:

Needs analysis
Design and develop training programs, which can include
- Instructional materials
- Train your trainer
- Grant writing assistance for funding
- Assessment of your current training program

Our programs can be custom-designed to develop the skills your company needs, at the time and place you designate. As the Corporate College training arm of Indiana's largest public post-secondary institute and one of the nation's largest singly-accredited statewide community college systems, we have the resources to help your company achieve workforce excellence.
