Ivy Tech Creative Services Forms
Project/Campaign Form Use this form to request any item for a marketing/communications project or campaign. This includes all printed item, graphics or any other campaign materials.
Digital Media Form Use this form to request any item that appears on an Ivy Tech digital channel. This includes website updates and My Ivy updates.
Social Media Form Use this form to request social media posts.
List Purchase Form Use this form to request a purchased list such as homeschool, SAT, ACT, National Student Clearinghouse data, and more.

The Anthology campaign management team will be unavailable from 12.23.24 through 01.01.25. Any campaigns that need to be delivered during this team need to be submitted no later than 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, 12.18.24. The lists must also be submitted at the time of submission to ensure on time processing. Any campaigns submitted after this time will not be reviewed before 01.02.25.
