BLOOMINGTON – Hundreds of Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington students attended GradFest, an annual celebration that takes place the week before the official commencement ceremony. Events featured graduation-themed activities, such as cap decorating, designed to get students excited and informed about the 2019 graduation ceremony.

Other festivities included a spirit day, in which students showed their school pride by wearing Ivy Tech gear. Graduates also enjoyed an end of the semester bash, where students played games with their friends and cohorts over free food. Finally, students returned for graduation information sessions, where they were given tips and instructions on how to make their commencement experience a smooth one.

Grad Fest was organized by the Office of Student Life and Graduation Committee.
