Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington received $20,000 from Ivy Tech Foundation’s Women in Philanthropy, Circle of Ivy, to fund eight projects for the 2024-2025 academic year. Circle of Ivy raised more than $245,000 to fund projects at Ivy Tech campuses across the state.

Ivy Tech Bloomington received funding that will be invested in students, including support services and travel.
Funding will be released for the following projects:
- Astronomy Book Program
- Ceramic Equipment Improvement
- Ivy Cares Cupboard
- Disability Testing
- ASAP trip to Louisville
- Student designed and created hallway displays
- Student wisdom: Tips for Success campus display
- Root and Branch Magazine publication Volume XVII

Founded in 2015, Circle of Ivy has grown to more than 1,000 members and has raised more than $1.4 million to assist with projects across the state at the college’s 19 campuses. Circle of Ivy is open to all women who wish to become members of a powerful network of philanthropists who collectively give back to local Ivy Tech campuses and students.

Circle of Ivy raises funds to diminish barriers to higher education for Ivy Tech students. Women’s philanthropy at Ivy Tech has a statewide reach with a focus on campus needs and projects that positively impact students.
