Well, this zip code also happens to be the home of Ivy Tech Indianapolis.
Food insecurity drives our English Composition class, Service Learning-Urban Gardening (ENGL 111), taught by Professor Carrie Sample.
On Tuesday, the weather finally permitted Sample and the Spring 2024 ENGL 111 class to get outside and in the campus garden, located across the Conference Center and Culinary Institute parking lot.
Together, they cleaned the debris collected over the winter and planted new seeds.
