Begin your real estate career with RECP.

What You’ll Learn

Complete RECP's unique 10-week blended class that combines live classroom instruction and online learning. For 10 weeks, students spend two classes per week in the classroom and complete one online class each week. Students must complete the online module each week as scheduled, or it is counted as an absence.

Price includes two RECP textbooks and Fed Ex Ground shipping of textbooks. There are several chapters of pre-reading material required before the first course. To earn an Indiana real estate broker’s license, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Take and pass the 90-hour prelicense broker course which includes 3 tests (100 questions, 1 attempt for each). You must have a cumulative score of 225 points or more to receive your completion certificate.
  • Take and pass the in-person, Indiana state pre-licensing exam through the state testing facility – PSI (www.psiexams.com).

After passing the state exam, you need to apply for a real estate broker license with the Indiana Real Estate Commission.
