Ivy Tech Community College offers free tutoring services to Ivy Tech students. The academic support we provide leads to greater success and higher achievement for our students. Each campus offers tutoring that will help you to succeed in your courses.
Tutors are ready to work with you on campus or virtually. Campus tutoring centers offer a variety of hours that will complement your schedule. Our tutors truly care about your success and can provide insight on course content as well as a variety of success strategies.

Tutor.com is an online, 24-hour tutoring service, free to Ivy Tech students. It connects you with an expert tutor the minute you need help. It’s easy to use and can be accessed from any internet-enabled computer or mobile device.
As an Ivy Tech student, you get 25 free hours of 24/7 online tutoring through Tutor.com. They also offer live writing help, drop-off essay review, ESOL writing support, and more. Learn more and how you can obtain extra hours if you use your allotted amount.

How do I access tutoring?
- Connect to tutor.com from the main page of your IvyLearn profile.
- Select your topic and subject and fill out the question/concept in which you’d like assistance
- After you’ve completed your session with a tutor, you can:
- Print your session or share it via email or Facebook
- Review your session again at any time
- Save your tutor as a “Favorite” for easy reference for future sessions
How much does tutoring cost?
Tutoring is free for students and sponsored by Ivy Tech to support your academic success. You will receive up to 25 hours of tutoring each term that you are actively enrolled in Ivy Tech courses. If you use all of your allotted tutoring hours, you can request additional time by contacting: tutor-com-requests@ivytech.edu.
