WHAT IS A LOCAL ENROLLMENT CENTER?
All of Ivy Tech's 19 full-service campuses have a local onsite enrollment center (formerly called Express Enrollment Centers) specially designed to help new, current, and prospective students make their way through the enrollment process. Select satellite locations also offer this service.
The centers are staffed with Ivy Tech representatives who are on-hand and ready to assist with everything from applying to Ivy Tech to navigating assessment and financial aid to registering for classes—whatever you need to help you get over the finish line!

GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Getting ready to attend Ivy Tech or registering for classes can be overwhelming. We get it! At your local enrollment center, you have the opportunity to connect in person or virtually with local admissions, advising, financial aid, and career staff. You can get assistance with:
- Getting Started at Ivy Tech – apply to Ivy Tech, create your MyIvy account, upload test scores, help with course placement, sign up for new student orientation
- Academic Planning & Registering for Classes – explore Ivy Tech's 70+ academic programs, meet with an advisor, create your class schedule, register for classes, troubleshoot registration issues
- Career Development – meet with a career coach, explore careers, resume preparation, internship opportunities, help finding a job after graduation
- Paying for College – understand costs & payment options, manage financial aid, submit FAFSA documentation, pay tuition, learn about special tuition programs such as Next Level Jobs and Achieve Your Degree
What to Bring
To help make sure your visit to your local enrollment center is as productive as possible, bring the following documents with you: current student and/or parent federal tax information; SAT/ACT/PSAT scores if you have taken any of these tests; high school transcript; official/unofficial college transcript(s) if you have previous college coursework; photo ID; DD214 for veterans.

- Take a Campus Tour to check out our facilities, including the student lounge and library, as well as our state of the art classrooms and labs.
- Meet one on one with a team member for Admissions Assistance so you can complete your admissions steps.
- Learn about your Financial Aid Options, including how to apply, what type of aid is available to you, and additional ways to pay for college. FAFSA filing events offered every first Tuesday of the month.
