The A Hand-Up Scholarship is established to support students enrolled at the Bloomington campus of Ivy Tech Community College. It is intended to be used as a means of removing financial barriers that might prevent them from persisting in coursework or completing their education.

Rotary International is a service organization of business and professional leaders united in humanitarian service, encouragement of high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world.

The German American scholarship was established by German American to assist a student seeking an AS or AAS degree from Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington. This scholarship is awarded in the fall and spring semesters to the same student as long as he/she remains in good standing at Ivy Tech-Bloomington.
