Student Support Services

Plan your schedule and sign up for classes by logging into MyIvy and clicking Schedule Builder. For 1-on-1 help signing up for classes, make an advising appointment by logging into MyIvy, then clicking Schedule Appointment with Advisor.

Students may need assistance with short-term financial emergencies in order to be prepared, attend classes, and persist in coursework. To apply for temporary financial assistance, fill out the Student Emergency Aid Application.

Students can use our resource locator IvyAssist to search for resources, such as community food pantries, emergency funding, childcare and more.

Everyone needs a little help sometimes. We have basic food, hygiene, and household supplies for our students in the Student Life Office located in C139. Contact: bloomington-ivycares@ivytech.edu

This is where you make friends! Getting involved in IvyLife is the best way to maximize your college experience. The Office of Student Life provides you the chance to get involved in clubs and organizations, participate in student government, gain leadership experience, and attend events. Ivy+ Textbooks

The Learning Commons is located in D117 and offers free in-person and virtual tutoring services. Students also receive 20 free hours of tutoring from tutor.com through their MyIvy account.

Everyone needs a little help sometimes and IvyCares is here to provide you the support you need throughout your academic journey—both in and out of the classroom. IvyCares focuses on helping students with a variety of services, including:
