In order for parents, guardians or others to gain access to academic records, you as the student must sign the FERPA waiver form.
We’ll scan your photo ID and upload into our system in case you are chosen to verify your identification at some point in the future. This can be done during an in-person appointment at the enrollment center.
Create your MyIvy account at myivy.ivytech.edu. Your C number and student email will be required.

Knowledge Assessments (KA) are taken to ensure you are placed in the correct class for your program, unless:
KA’s can be found through MyIvy by selecting the “Knowledge Assessment” link—take the assessments online and use built-in study paths to increase scores if needed.
Check with your enrollment specialist about required scores for your program.
Schedule an appointment with your advisor through your MyIvy account using the Schedule an Appointment tool or by calling Advising directly at 260-480-4125.
