  • Several college vehicles are available for rental for college and professional development trips. To reserve a vehicle, login to MyIvy, search for 25Live Pro, and fill out the form or visit this website.

    Employees requesting a vehicle will need to be an approved driver and pick up keys from the Coliseum Campus security desk at the time of their reservation.

    If your need is beyond what we can provide, here are the steps to order your own items with your department budget.

    ITEMS AVAILABLE AT THE BOOKSTORE:
    You can order items online from the Ivy Tech eCampus Bookstore (or buy items in-person on the ground floor of Harshman Hall [Fort Wayne] or in Warsaw). Ecampus will also assist in purchasing branded items for your office.

  • Interior or exterior building/office signage 

    Signs at Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne & Warsaw are managed between Facilities and Marketing & Communications. In order to adhere to the College’s signage standards, all requests for signage should be made through Facilities. The review process is also intended to allow time to consider the College’s master plan as well as any ADA guidelines.

  • Have you interacted with a coworker who goes above and beyond? Nominate your exceptional peers with Cheers for Peers. Nominated individuals who are approved by Human Resources will appear on our digital monitors for one month.

  • Automotive Technology classes sometimes work on employee vehicles as part of class projects. These sessions have limited openings and only occur when class is in session. Employees will still be responsible for the cost of any parts needed. Types of repairs available include:

    • Brakes
    • Suspension
    • Electrical
    • Heating and Air Conditioning
    • General Vehicle
