Ivy Tech has agreements with 23 four-year colleges and universities in Indiana that allow our students to complete their associate degree in an approved program at Ivy Tech and gain automatic acceptance to transfer to one of those schools.
These agreements mean that Ivy Tech and your future transfer school have agreed to a specific set of courses you need to take to earn your degree which eliminates any loss of credits and ensures you are able to complete your bachelor's degree on time.

The Guaranteed Admissions pathway provides qualified students in specific programs at Ivy Tech guaranteed admission into the related bachelor's degree program at our partner schools. Ivy Tech has agreements with 23 four-year colleges and universities in Indiana that allow our students to complete their associate degree in an approved program at Ivy Tech and gain automatic acceptance to transfer to one of those schools.
These agreements mean that Ivy Tech and your future transfer school have agreed to a specific set of courses you need to take to earn your degree which eliminates any loss of credits and ensures you are able to complete your bachelor's degree on time.
The Guaranteed Admissions pathway is open to students at all campuses, whether you earn your degree through in-person or online classes. Students simply need to work with their Ivy Tech academic advisor to confirm that their academic plan meets all the requirements. Every partner school has a different set of Grade Point Average (GPA) and other eligibility requirements for students who want automatic acceptance. Also, keep in mind that you are not locked into a specific four-year transfer institution. As you can see below, many popular program areas have a large number of four-year partners, giving you the flexibility to choose between several institutions.
You may be wondering how the Guaranteed Admissions pathway is different than the "Transfer as a Junior" pathway—officially known as TSAP (Transfer Single Articulation Pathway). Here are some ways they are similar, and some ways they are different:

All state-supported institutions in Indiana have a guaranteed admissions agreement with Ivy Tech and we continuously work on securing agreements with private colleges in Indiana that want to be part of the program.
