Ivy Tech is partnering with Purdue in developing pilot programs for recruitment, training, and placement of students, reaching out to high schools, and informing prospective students of careers in semiconductors and engineering in general. As part of the partnership, Ivy Tech students will be able to take some Purdue online courses and programs, as well as gain access to virtual training tools. The partnership with Purdue is aimed at developing and implementing several programs that will increase the number of technicians and strengthen the pipeline for four-year degrees.
More details about the Purdue Ivy Tech partnership can be found here.
