WorkMatters Program

About WorkMatters

WorkMatters is a collaborative program between Ivy Tech Muncie-Henry County, local workforce partners, community-based organizations, and faith-based organizations to combat recidivism within the problem-solving courts. In partnership with local criminal justice departments, we offer pre-trial release employment, education, and mental health services.

The program is also available for those affected by the criminal justice system but not directly involved with the courts. These individuals include the victims of crime and do not require a referral to enter the WorkMatters program.
