What You’ll Learn

This course is to better help supervisors, managers, and HR to understand the process of an OSHA inspection. They will have a better understanding of what initiates an inspection and what is expected of them. Attendees will have a better understanding of what documentation is required of them to ensure they have all records in place prior to an inspection. This course educates participants about workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards by reviewing the most prevalent areas of workplace safety and OSHA compliance, such as the history of OSHA and how it was established, OSHA’s top violations, and the OSHA inspection process.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Identify OSHA history
  2. Understand “General Duty Clause”
  3. Recognize OSHA’s top violations
  4. Understand and summarize OSHA protocol
