We will gather to celebrate all graduates who earned a credential (Certificate, Technical Certificate or Associates Degree) at the end of the Summer 2024 or Fall 2024 term, as well as those who will complete a credential at the end of the Spring 2025 term.
*Please plan to attend the graduation ceremony for your highest credential earned (CT, TC, AAS/AS/AGS).
Location: Planation hall at Huber’s Orchard and Winery

Our ceremony dates are Monday, May 5, 2025 and Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Students should plan to attend the ceremony that fits their highest credential earned in either summer 2024, fall 2024 or spring 2025. More information on ticket pick up will be available soon.

Monday, May 5th at 7:30pm – High School Dual Credit student graduates from the School of Arts, Sciences and Education
Tuesday, May 6th at 5:30pm – Graduates from the School of Health Sciences
Tuesday, May 6th at 7:30pm – Graduates from the School of Nursing
Students should complete a graduation application to ensure we have their most up to date name and address information prior to the graduation ceremony.
To apply for graduation, visit MyIvy and search Apply to Graduate. Paper graduation application forms can also be obtained from the Registrar's Office in Pfau Hall, B7.
Ivy Tech Commencement Accommodations:
Commencement is an important for all in the College community, especially for graduates and their families. To ensure your day is meaningful, memorable and hassle free we kindly ask that you notify the Registrar’s Office of any special needs you or your family members will have before your event date. This could include, but is not limited to accessible seating inside the venue or hearing impaired interpretation services.
You must have a cap and gown as well as a tassel in order to participate in the ceremony. Students who do not have a cap and gown will not be permitted to participate, so pay close attention to the ordering deadlines. If you require assistance in acquiring your cap and gown, please fill out this form.
1st Deadline: April 7
2nd/Final Deadline: April 17
*Your cap and gown will be shipped to your home address within 2 weeks.
